What the hack is articles about? I reckoned the time when I just started online business, many webmasters are talking about getting higher ranking in Google, Yahoo or MSN. How to get higher ranking? This is a killing and kiss ass questions you can heard anywhere around the web, or for those who want to get traffic from search engine, beat their competitors, make more money online from their websites and so on.

Killing question: How to get higher ranking in Google search engine or on number one spot?

Are you kidding? If your website is rank number 1 for page 1 for certain high searched keywords, what do you get? Your website is receiving high chuck of traffic for free from search engine eirther Google, Yahoo or Msn. What happened if the search keyword is “buy templates” and your website is ranked number 1 top spot for that particular keyword? Oh my god! You are making a killing man!

To be frank, I have few websites that ranked on page 1 on Google, Yahoo and Msn but not keyword “buy templates”. Today, I hope to share a bit about my little story about getting higher ranking in Google. The most common method of getting higher ranking for certain keywords is using article marketing. Yes! No jokes! Write articles! Write bunches of articles! Write a lot of articles! 

The philosophy is: Write Quality Contents.

Let’s say my website is selling skin care products like SkinB. (*just an example, I assume the name do not exist in the market). You can start writing articles how skin care products can help women, ladies or even young men to revitalise their look or look more attracting. Tell people what is the importancy of skin care products, advantages, benefit and so on. Do not write anything related to SkinB like… how SkinB can help you this and that. 

After finished writing, then post the articles (around 400 - 500 words) to famous article directory. Remember to link back the target keyword back to your websites. Getting keyword link back to our website is not that difficult. Here’s a simple link back with simple html code.

Learn more about skin care products to revitalise your skin and looks younger. 

Change to:

When this code: <a href=”http://yourwebsite.com”>skin care products</a> paste in the resource box before article submission, it will convert become like this:

Usually article directories allows two keywords that link back to our websites. If they allow three, then thats good! How about if there is no limit? Do not over do it, usually two keywods link back to our websites are more than enough. Else it will become very unprofessional.

Yesterday while I was checking my widget bucks earning, I found out that my cpm earnings drop from $0.08 to $0.01. It was a shock for me as while suddenly the cpm drop drastically. After searching for over the net and looking over some forum, unfortunately I cannot get the answer. Nobody was really care about the drop of cpm earning. This is Widget Bucks situation: 

Then I quickly sent an email to Widget Bucks help asking for solution. While waiting for solution, I remember few of my friends are actually using Widget bucks to make some decent money online. The answer I found is… they also got cpm around $0.01 to $0.00. So…at least I know that is nothing wrong to my part.

Today when I wake up early in the morning, quickly ran over to my pc and open Gmail for email checking. Finally I received the answer from Widget Bucks help. This is the feedback I received from them:

 So, what to worry now? Nothing!  One of my friends told me that they will do something on their backend to solve this problem. But, I am bit too worry about it because Widget Bucks stands about 50% of my total revenue online. I think it’s about time to look for other opportunity to replace Widget Bucks.

Some webmaster says with ecpm of $0.08 is too low to make a living. At least ecpm of $0.20 is much worth to promote as a publisher. So. What do you think?

Let me explain of you wonder what is ecpm or cpm.

• CPM = cost per thousands impressions
• eCPM = earning cost per thousands impressions.

Example of earnings:

If let say you have 1000 unique visitors per day. You have 1000 impressions. If the ads you are serving which is eCPM of $0.10.

• Then with 1000 unique visitors, you earn: $0.10
• With 10,000 unique visitors, you earn: $1.00

Some cpm companies count only unique visitors whereas some count unique and non-unique.

• Unique visitors: Visitor visits your website for the first time
• Non-unique visitors: Visitors re-visit your websites

If I am not mistaken, classification of unique and non-unique is by IP tracking (*IP: Internet Protocol, example 132.324.351.11)

How much do you earn for your cpm network? I believe should be more than me. But beware of it, because I am chasing over your earnings very soon.

As last I know Media Shakers is not scam or scam ad network company. I just received my first payment from Media Shakers few days ago. This is a startup test to make sure those ad network company do pay to publisher. Now I can truly guaranteed to say that Media Shakers is reliable and a true company.

This is the payment I received from them and it’s about $15.88. That is November 2008 earnings. Not bad huh? At least I trust them now.

A new beginning of 2009 .What is your plan in 2009 as an Internet Marketers? Today I just received an email from my former mentor – Derek Gehl. Derek was one of my coaching program back in 2005. I remember when I started Internet Marketing, I was inspired by a book called: How to create a fortune on the Internet written by the late Corey Rudl. 

I believe for those involved in Internet Marketing, they know who is Corey Rudl. When I just started Internet Marketing, Corey was still alive but the corporation IMC (Internet Marketing Center) was take over by his trusted partner Derek Gehl. 

I’ve followed Derek Gehl success footsteps since 2005 but still haven’t make it so far but I still didn’t give up until this stage. Even though I can make a living with all those tools, knowledge that I learned from Derek Gehl and others marketing Guru, it is still not enough to be declared as “successful Internet Marketer”.

 My target for this year 2009 goal has been set. What is your Goal for 2009? My goal is to make accumulation of $XX,XXX in 2009. Do you think it is achievable? Setting goal is a must to achieve the dream to become the NEXT TOP INTERNET MILLIONAIRE. That’s my long term goal!

I just started out to build my new vision board. This is my new vision board after inspired from Aurelis Tjin from this vision board. Here is a picture of my first vision board, sorry to say it is still in progress and imcomplete yet. I use to fill up my dream list in a piece of paper. 

What’s so important with a vision board?  

As far as I know, a vision board can help us visually imagine our goals and dreams in the future. There are a lot of successful marketers, Internet marketers or even famous or people in the Forbes magazine, they do advice us to start using vision board. 

Before I started out with a vision board, I use to write all my goal, dream lists in a piece of paper. Wanna see the paper? Here you go:

Looks crappy ya. Seems like I don’t threat my dream is important.  BUT! Now I want to transform this piece of crappy paper to a neat and nice looky vision board…

But after I googled over the net, found out Aurellis Tjin’s vision board, I was a bit shameful with my own one. So, I decided to CONVERT that piece of dream lists into a VISION BOARD full with inspired pictures, goals and so on. Yesterday I ran over a shopping mall and grab a hard based paper and start to cut out some nice picture from magazines, newspaper and novel. This is my first incomplete vision board. HAha.. just only have 1 picture so far, I will keep you guys updated!

Only 1 picture? Not really, will put up more.. I have bunch of dream lists!

I going to place this vision board in front of my work place and just beside the world map. So everyday when I begins to do my job, the vision board will remind my goals, dreams and target to achieve. How about you? Do you make up your first ever vision board?

One of my dream car is Ferrari F430. I love this car since I was in childhood. For this moment, I don’t have the budget to buy this car yet, so I decided to bought a 1:18 scale Ferrari model to “ease my pain”… hehehe… and besides is one of my favourite racing car - Formula 1. One of my dream is to watch F1 live in every countries… Monaco Grand Prix… Sepang Grand Prix… Australia Grand Prix.. all sitting in the front row, the best is in front of pitlane. Yes! I just love it! 

My dream car and favourite racing team - Ferrari. Just afford to buy a 1:18 scale at this moment.

Recently I just updated the latest real time up to date crude oil and gold price on my blog. If you scroll down the rigth left bar, you can notice the crude oil and gold prices.

According to latest news, it states that crude oil price fall below 50% off from last year. Subsequently the demand of petrol also dropped. The price of crude oil reflects the current stock market?

Recession is coming soon, or it is just the beginning or not yet?

I used to check Google news everyday and keep up to date of current market trends… BUT… the news are mostly about stock pluges…market crash… stock price drop… and so on…

No good news at all. Seems like recession is just started… scarry.

But will it affected all types of industry? Absolute no rite! I can forsee some other industries are booming in business while others drop.

What do you think about recession and how do you counter this market in your industry?

Personally, what traffic tracker are you using to track your visitors? Mmm..Perhaps myself I’m using hitstats + awstats + Google Analytics. Am i too greedy?

Google Analytics is the most powerful website analysis software I have come across but .. Google didn’t offer REAL-TIME visitor tracking but hitstats do.

So I installed hit stats for my website too. But not all, just selected of them wil need real time visitors tracking. There are a lot of powerful analysis in Google Analytic if you learn it seriously.

Recently I just discovered that Google Analytic is so powerful.. and you can do a lot of website analysis by using their data collection. 

What is your preferred website analytical tools? Mind to share?

I still remember when I was begun to participate in the world of “make money online”, I saw a lot of “big” checks shown by many outstanding Internet Marketer, making over few thousands per day from Clickbank. From that time, I asked myself few questions:

• Is it fake account?
• Is they are using other’s people account to show making money from Clickbank?
• Is the money real?
• Can I make income from Clickbank too?

Then I was curious about my own capabilities of making money online through Clickbank. Is it easy to make so huge paycheck from Clickbank? Actually, this question is not important anymore.
